The 2018 BCH Scholarship recipients were honored at the annual scholarship reception held on April 13th.  Awards totaled $36,500 and were given to 15 outstanding individuals.

High School Graduating Seniors: Jaqueline Ibarraz (Boulder), Cristina Lau (home schooled), Anna Lettau-Fresquez (Fairview),  Abbey Stephens (Fairview).

BCH College Volunteer:  Hannah Pfrommer (CU)

Former Recipients:  Savannah Ames, Nathan Dee, Mari Jewels, Bryan Nycz, Korie Pries, Alison Roberts, and Lily Webster

Former Employee Recipients:  Marta Dow, Emma Kenyon, Amy McNutt

BCH Foundation Special Endowment awards were also presented to Cristina Lau and Emma Kenyon.  Cristina received the Pat Shoemaker Endowment award that is given to either an employee or high school senior who has shown exceptional dedication and commitment along with his/her desire to seek degree level education.  Emma received  the Betty Lue Hill Endowment award that is given to a BCH nurse or BCH respiratory therapist who has shown exceptional dedication, commitment and compassion along with his/her desire to seek degree level education and the Ron Secrist Endowment award that is given to a current BCH Employee who demonstrates leadership in their community and in the field of health care and is seeking professional enrichment.
