The BCH Ambassadors Mini-Grant Program is intended to enhance or facilitate quality patient care.
Funds for the mini-grant program come from the proceeds of the Foothills Hospital Gift Shop, as well as from special vendor sales and fundraisers hosted by the Ambassadors throughout the year.
Mini-grants are awarded for non-capital services or equipment that benefit patient care and/or enhance the patient experience.
The Mini-Grant Application may be downloaded here. Completed applications can be submitted in the following ways:
- Email your completed application to the BCH Volunteer Services Office, ATTN: Tom Dueber
- Or deliver your completed application to the BCH Volunteer Services Office, ATTN: Tom Dueber. The Volunteer Services Office is located in Tebo Medical Building Suite G30.
Applications should be submitted by the first of the month for review during the Ambassadors monthly Board meeting.
